I have a lot of love for the Toshiba NB205. I’m a huge stickler for the proper execution of keyboards and trackpads, and the Toshiba NB205 absolutely nails both of these critical components. I also love it because it has less of the “Baby’s First PC” look which plagues some netbooks and because it has outstanding battery life – up to nine hours in light usage.
That’s all great, but what’s awesome is that the Toshiba NB205 with the 6 cell battery and the whole she-bang of features is currently selling for $289.95. If you just did a double take, I don’t blame you. My NC10 is perfectly freaking fine and I about bought on of these NB205s anyway. You could probably sell it back on Ebay and make a profit at the price. But I’m getting sidetracked…
Point is, it is a fabulous netbook at a fabulous price. The only problem is that you can have it in any color you want as long as its white. The other colors do not share this low price. I also don’t know how long this will last, so get it while it’s hot!
